Entergy Corporation is seeking an AI Agent Development Intern to assist in designing, developing, and testing intelligent automation solutions within HR and ESS workflows. You will work with cutting-edge AI and low-code platforms to build and document agents that automate business processes.

This hybrid internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship from senior technical and business leaders, and exposure to real-world automation challenges in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Systems.
• GPA 2.8 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test AI agents using Copilot Studio, AWS Claude, Power Automate, and related MS Power tools.
• Design HR/ESS workflows including onboarding, benefits administration, and service requests.
• Document current-state processes clearly and thoroughly.
• Create documentation of new automated processes and steps.
• Collaborate with HR/ESS stakeholders to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
• Test agent functionality across use cases and edge cases.
• Maintain project logs and solution design documentation.
• Support process optimization by identifying efficiency gains.
• Participate in project planning and retrospectives to improve delivery.
