Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

This role sits at the cutting edge of AI innovation—combining large language models, applied machine learning, and platform integration to develop solutions for areas like fraud prevention and customer support automation. Depending on your expertise, you'll focus on one of three key areas: developing LLM-based decision-making agents, building scalable AI infrastructure and data pipelines, or ensuring agent quality and seamless platform integration. As an AI Agent Developer for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

• Designing, building, and iterating on AI agents leveraging GPT models, multi-agent frameworks, and a global-technology company's AI ecosystem.
• Developing infrastructure and MLOps pipelines to support continuous training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Conducting rigorous behavior testing and validation, focusing on performance, safety, and real-world edge cases.
• Integrating AI agents with Azure AI services, Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform, and other internal systems.
• Applying best practices in security, compliance, and privacy to all aspects of agent development.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners including engineering, product, and design teams.
• Documenting agent behavior, test results, and learnings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

You have:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry/Azure AI Studio
• Proficiency in Python for development and scripting
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and the OpenAI API
• Familiarity with Azure services, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines

You might also have:

• Experience working with multi-agent frameworks such as AutoGen, Langchain, or CrewAI
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, including containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring
• Exposure to Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, or enterprise integration technologies
• Strong debugging skills and a solid understanding of security and data protection principles
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. The annual salary range for this role is: 150,000 - 200,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
