Job summary

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking an Agent Designer to join our AI-native capital program management platform team. You will work as a co-builder with a Domain SME to configure and refine agents deployed in the field, aligning outputs with customer needs and project controls requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI literacy, prompt engineering, and deep domain fluency to ensure agent behavior meets project goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software implementation or business analysis with customer exposure.
• Hands-on experience with LLM tools, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows.
• AI/ML literacy to understand model training vs prompting and evaluation.
• Comfort in ambiguous field environments with evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Map agency workflows in detail and configure agents with the Domain SME.
• Own training data quality, sourcing labelled examples with domain SMEs.
• Build and maintain data integrations between Masterworks and agency systems.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues in the field and document fixes for reuse.
