Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control, including tool usage, state management, and policy application. You will lead architectures for authentication, observability, and security across large-scale multi-agent systems, collaborating with AI, Security, and Infra teams.

You’ll drive post-training and customization workflows, develop agent personas, and contribute to IP filings while mentoring engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, CS or Mathematics.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Experience with AI native development tools and code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, TS) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with identity/auth cryptography and modern IDE/CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large-scale multi-agent systems.
• Design post-training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking against evals.
• Design comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process.
• Assess emerging architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
