Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control, including tool usage, state management, and multiagent APIs. The role emphasizes hands-on development, security, and scalable AI solutions within a fast-paced enterprise.

You will collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams, contribute to IP filings and present at academic conferences, while delivering practical architectures and validating against real-world workloads.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Experience with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript, etc.) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods for identity and authentication.
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, and code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Microsoft Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures with agent and human evals.
• Create comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process.
• Assess emerging authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support strategic business development for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
