Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Success Architect to influence technical architecture, performance, and solution design for strategic customers. You will engage with executive stakeholders, tailor playbooks, and mentor teams to maximize ROI from Agentforce AI capabilities.

This office-flexible role requires US citizenship for federal work, with a three-days-per-week in-office expectation and remote collaboration with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization, including how Data360 supports AI agents.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Agentforce.
• Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability or develop creative Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to Agentforce customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support broader goals and growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Your Impact

As an Agentforce Success Architect, you will influence technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design for strategic customers, ensuring success in leveraging Agentforce's AI capabilities and contributing to Salesforce’s leadership in the industry.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to work with Federal Government.
• Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes with a focus on agent architecture and automation, guiding customers through adoption and optimization of Agentforce.
• Deep understanding of AI agent design principles, including topics, actions, prompts, and orchestration, and awareness of how data quality and architecture affect agent performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging AI and agentic technologies.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate remotely with customers and colleagues.
• Commitment to Data Ethics and Privacy, ensuring solutions adhere to regulations and best practices in data security and privacy.
• Degree or equivalent experience; evaluation based on strengths relevant to the role (e.g., leadership, military, volunteer, work experience).

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Data360 or other Customer Data Platforms grounding AI agents in trusted data.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds and multi-cloud scenarios (Sales, Service, Industries, Marketing, or Commerce).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Architecture Domains: Integration, Access and Identity Management, Data Architecture, Sharing and Visibility, Declarative and APEX Development.
• Experience designing, building, or evaluating AI agents, LLM-based automation, or conversational AI solutions.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET, SQL.
