Job summary

Arcade.dev is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge AI potential with real-world actions. You’ll design architectures across identity, data, and governance layers, and build proofs-of-concept that demonstrate practical AI capabilities for Fortune 500 customers.

You’ll collaborate with sales, AI, and engineering teams, staying ahead of LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector DBs, while evangelizing new tools and driving technical wins in complex deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical pre-sales/solutions role selling complex infrastructure.
• Strong ability to map enterprise tech stacks and business value.
• Experience with integration platforms and API gateways.
• Hands-on coding in modern languages (Python/JS/TS).
• Ability to explain concepts to executives without losing technical detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and evaluations with executives and architects.
• Design prototypes and reference architectures showing how our infra enables real-world AI actions.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, value-driven solutions for customers.
• Gather customer feedback and help shape the product roadmap.
• Navigate deal cycles from 200k+ to seven figures, driving technical wins.
