Job summary

EY is seeking an Agent Dev Architect to shape innovative AI agent architectures for clients and internal teams. You’ll translate business needs into scalable cloud-based solutions and work across engineering groups to deliver measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 0–3+ years of relevant AI architecture experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence across technical and business domains. Hybrid work and a competitive Total Rewards package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 0-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Development experience in university or after school in developing AI systems.
• Specialized technical skills in technical solutions architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
• Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct technology cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
• Participate in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise daily.
• Track deliverable completion, project status, resource plans, and budgets for seamless delivery.
• Support sales opportunities and assist in RFP responses to grow the business.
• Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering learning and excellence.
