Job summary

EY is seeking an Agent Dev Architect to shape innovative AI agent solutions, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive client outcomes. You will code agents using advanced AI tools and contribute to architecture in a global, diverse environment.

You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, leverage AI and cloud platforms, and mentor junior colleagues while supporting sales efforts and engaging with clients directly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 0-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Development experience in AI systems.
• Specialized technical skills in technical solutions architecture, technology requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
• Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
• Participate in client working sessions and contribute insights daily.
• Track deliverables, project status, and budgets for seamless delivery.
• Support sales opportunities and assist in RFP responses to grow the business.
• Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning.
• Provide mentorship to junior colleagues.
