Job summary

EY is seeking an Agent Dev Architect to shape innovative AI solutions and lead architecture across client engagements. You will collaborate with engineering teams, leverage AI tools, and drive transformations in operations with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

You will code agents using advanced AI tools, work directly with clients, and contribute to architecture leadership in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 0-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Development experience in AI systems (university or post-school).
• Specialized technical skills in technical solutions architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
• Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct technology cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures with measurable results.
• Evaluate technologies and solutions aligned with client needs and goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
• Participate in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise daily.
• Track deliverable completion, project status, and budgets for seamless delivery.
• Support sales opportunities and assist in RFP responses to grow the business.
• Maintain engagement economics reports and assist resource planning.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
