Job summary

EY is seeking an Agent Dev Architect to shape innovative AI agent architectures and collaborate with engineering teams across cloud and AI platforms. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable architectures, contribute to client engagements, and mentor junior colleagues while operating in a hybrid EY environment with flexible leave and strong total rewards.

You'll work with clients and internal teams, drive architectural decisions, evaluate technologies, and support sales opportunities

Qualifications

• To qualify you must have a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 0-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Development experience in University or after school in developing AI systems.
• Specialized technical skills in technical solutions architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
• Experience with cloud architecture, FinOps, and emerging technologies (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
• Participate actively in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise on a daily basis.
• Track deliverable completion, project status, resource plans, and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support sales opportunities and assist in the completion of RFP responses, helping to grow the business.
• Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
