EY is seeking an Agent Dev Architect to shape innovative AI-enabled architectures and drive real business outcomes. You will collaborate with engineering teams, leverage AI and cloud technologies, and contribute to client transformations.

You’ll code agents using advanced AI tools and directly impact projects with clients and internal teams. The role emphasizes evaluating technologies, delivering scalable architectures, and mentoring junior colleagues in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 0-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Development experience in University or after school in developing AI systems.
• Specialized technical skills in technical solutions architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
• Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct technology cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
• Participate actively in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise on a daily basis.
• Track deliverable completion, project status, resource plans, and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support sales opportunities and assist in the completion of RFP responses, helping to grow the business.
• Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
