Job summary

ONWARD SEARCH is seeking an experienced AI Adoption Specialist for an international law firm to guide responsible AI integration within legal teams. You will train users, coordinate cross-team initiatives, and promote best practices with emerging AI tools.

The role requires collaboration across practice groups, ensuring confidentiality and compliance, and translating complex AI concepts into practical workflows, guides, and workshops that build user confidence and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; JD preferred.
• At least three years supporting legal technology adoption, digital transformation, or related change management roles.
• Experience enabling end users with digital and AI-driven tools in regulated or governed environments.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly and tailor guidance to different user levels.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, legal technology, and collaboration tools; quick learner with a strong interest in legal tech.
