• Experience applying AI in business settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency, productivity, and decision‑making.
• Evaluate potential solutions based on business value, functionality, feasibility, and cost‑benefit impact.
• Design, develop, and implement AI‑powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and other approved technologies.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements.
• Lead AI adoption efforts through training, coaching, change management, and user support.
• Develop user guides, documentation, standards, and best practices to support sustainable AI usage.
• Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and business teams to ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.
• Monitor solution performance, user adoption, and business outcomes, recommending enhancements when appropriate.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications that support organizational goals.
