Job summary

JSSI is seeking an AI Solution Architect to advance its AI-first engineering strategy, shaping architecture standards and execution for AI agents and enterprise automation. You will design, build, and deploy AI systems, collaborating with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations.

This hands-on, high-ownership role emphasizes delivering impact with technical depth, strong listening, communication, and influence.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of software engineering experience with ownership of system design for production SaaS platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing AI First, spec-driven (SDD) workflows across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Production-level, cloud-native development in the Microsoft stack (C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, RESTful Web APIs, SQL Server / Azure SQL) and distributed-systems patterns.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and guide multiple teams through influence rather than direct people management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI First architecture for the software delivery lifecycle and roll out spec-driven delivery models across teams.
• Lead integration and adoption of AI tools, agents, and services across the lifecycle from development to release.
• Build and maintain AI frameworks enabling scalable fine-tuning, prompt engineering, observability, and model governance.
• Architect multi-agent systems (orchestration, reasoning, planning, autonomous task execution) on layered architectures.
• Translate Agile artifacts into structured, agent-ready specifications that coding agents implement.
• Design MCP servers exposing enterprise systems as model-ready tools and assess third-party integrations.
