You will translate business requirements into actionable plans for the technical team, monitor ROI and KPIs, and run workshops to drive AI adoption across client organizations. This role offers a flexible hybrid (NY) or remote setup.

• PM or account management experience in SaaS/AI.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
