Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years in digital solutions or transformation roles.
• Experience blending executive consulting with deep technical knowledge to identify AI opportunities.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams (consulting, engineering, training, enablement).
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for digital solutions and training.
• Lead AI enablement initiatives and roadmaps across the university.
• Oversee solution engineering and consulting to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Design and deliver training to support adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools.
• Establish metrics to measure adoption, impact, and satisfaction.
