Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an AI Ops Adoption & Enablement Analyst in the AI Operations Center of Excellence to accelerate AI adoption across IT.

You will partner with IT leaders, solution owners, architects, cybersecurity teams, and delivery collaborators to ensure AI initiatives are deployed and embraced in daily operations. This role combines adoption enablement, organizational change, customer engagement, communications, and value realization to turn AI investments into measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Communications, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience guiding organizational transitions, technology adoption, enablement, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and change readiness with key stakeholders.
• Provide AI enablement and coaching to users of AI solutions.
• Engage and influence partners across technical teams and leaders.
• Deliver executive and leadership support for AI initiatives.
