As an Equipment Diagnostic Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and refurbish returned equipment, support customers and partners, and collaborate with engineering to improve products across the field.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment leveraging electronics, IT and IoT expertise to ensure high-performing devices and exceptional technical support worldwide.

Qualifications

• Electronics, IT, electrical or related technical qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience with IoT devices or firmware updates is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair eShepherd products to component level.
• Refurbish and test returned equipment for redeployment.
• Investigate warranty returns and identify root causes.
• Support customer and partner technical enquiries.
• Validate firmware updates and product releases.
• Capture service insights and provide feedback to engineering teams.
• Develop service procedures and troubleshooting resources.
• Drive continuous improvement across service operations.
