Job summary

Keystone Cooperative in Kentucky seeks a general backup to Applicators to support agronomy operations and ground maintenance. You will assist with product movement, operate tender trucks, and help maintain safety and records in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have CDL preferred or be able to obtain an Ag CDL, plus strong communication, time management, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment skills.
• Must have a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to provide product to equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance across locations.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and facility housekeeping.
• Mow, spray weeds, and move snow to maintain grounds.
• Communicate daily activities to the location manager.
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer and chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
