Job summary

Keystone Cooperative is seeking a dependable backup to Applicators in Covington, Ohio. The role supports inbound/outbound agronomy products, truck operations, and routine maintenance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes strong communication, time management, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with potential long hours during peak periods. CDL preferred, and knowledge of agricultural products is a plus.

Qualifications

• CDL license preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment abilities.
• Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Knowledge of territory/agriculture is a plus.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to supply product to custom application equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Support groundskeeping and facility maintenance including mowing and weed spraying.
• Move snow as needed and communicate daily activities to location manager.
• Maintain records per regulations and company procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer and chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
