Job summary

Keystone Cooperative is seeking a general backup to the Applicators in Frankfort, KY. The role involves maintaining lots, receiving and delivering products, grounds maintenance, and ensuring equipment compliance.

Responsibilities include assisting with agronomy product handling, operating tender trucks, safety compliance, and supporting inventory measurements. Excellent communication, time management, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment.
• Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail.
• Must work well in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
• May require extended hours during busy seasons.
• Territory/agriculture knowledge is a plus.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus.
• Acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to provide product to equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Maintain facility grounds and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate daily activities to the location manager.
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer and chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
