Job summary

Keystone Cooperative is seeking a versatile team member to serve as a general backup to Applicators in Indiana. The role includes handling agronomy products, operating tender trucks, maintaining safety and equipment, and performing site housekeeping.

Ideal candidates possess CDL or the ability to obtain an Ag CDL, plus strong verbal and written communication, time management, and a proactive, high-energy approach.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization and judgment.
• Positive attitude with high energy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Willingness to extend hours during peak seasons.
• Agriculture knowledge is a plus; Hazmat is a plus.
• Acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to supply product to equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping of facility grounds.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Communicate daily activities to location manager.
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of chemicals.
• Provide backup support to Applicators.
