Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a dependable general backup to the Applicators in Indiana. The role supports range of tasks including maintenance, product receiving/delivery, grounds upkeep, and equipment compliance. CDL preferred with Ag CDL ability to obtain; Hazmat a plus. Expect in fast-paced environment with high energy and accuracy.

You will assist with inventory, housekeeping, and safety while collaborating with location management to ensure smooth operations during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• CDL class A or B preferred or Ag CDL ability to obtain
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment
• Positive attitude, high energy, detail-oriented
• High sense of urgency in fast-paced environment
• Hazmat endorsement a plus; agriculture knowledge is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound agronomy products and equipment
• Operate trucks to deliver product to custom application equipment
• Ensure safety compliance and assist in equipment maintenance
• Maintain facility grounds and perform housekeeping duties
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and company procedures
