Job summary

Frontier Cooperative, serving Nebraska's farming communities, seeks an agronomy-focused professional to plan and consult with growers, analyze performance, and drive sales of farm products and services.

You will coordinate logistics, work with advisors and location managers, and help deliver accurate field plans from planting through harvest. A degree or equivalent experience is required, with strong communication and math skills to support grower success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or 3+ years agronomy sales experience.
• Knowledge of soil fertility, fertilizers, chemicals, seed traits, crop life cycles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agronomy software.
• Ability to operate vehicles, forklifts, blending systems, and hand tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present customized Farm Plans to improve crop production efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze past product performance and forecast outcomes; recommend seeds, rotations, and chemicals.
• Finalise sales of whole-farm products and services; grow agronomy customer base.
• Coordinate logistics and billing; ensure timely and accurate product application.
• Collaborate with Advisors and Location Managers on services and orders.
