Job summary

Landus Cooperative seeks a Sales Representative to maintain and grow our agronomy legacy accounts while identifying new prospects. You will combine account management with hands-on support, including in-person farm visits and industry event participation, as part of a remote team with occasional travel.

You will collaborate with Grain teams, document interactions in the CRM, and drive sales by offering tailored agronomy solutions and navigating pest, soil health, and crop nutrition challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agronomy sales or account management.
• Experience managing legacy or long-term accounts and focusing on retention.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow legacy accounts with a focus on retention and value.
• Collaborate with the Grain team to identify new agronomy prospects.
• Accurate documentation of interactions and CRM updates.
• Provide tailored agronomy solutions to customers and navigate crop challenges.
• Travel to customer farms for on-site support when needed.
