Perdue Farms is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Salisbury, MD to support the Animal Nutrition business. You will coordinate customer orders, manage contracts and order transactions, and liaise with sales, operations, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

You will maintain accurate system data, resolve issues swiftly, and support account and claims management while contributing to customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or logistics experience in a similar industry or field.
• Understand standard software applications.
• Demonstrate strong math, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between sales, clients, blending facility operations and logistics to facilitate client needs.
• System entries - contracts, orders, bill of ladings and production transfers.
• Communicate shipment schedule details to facilities, transportation, and clients.
• Coordinate with operations & logistics for schedule change requests and options for clients.
• Work with sales and clients to troubleshoot and resolve accounts receivable issues with settlements.
• Audit and maintain contracts and Agtech system data (open/closing balances, rolls, orders).
• Manage the claims process, including tracking, communication, and follow-up.
