LDI - Salina KS is seeking a highly motivated leader to join our team in the dual role as Store Manager. This position will drive the overall store and Parts Department performance, focusing on sales, margin, and profitable operations within approved budgets.

The role requires guiding staff, maintaining customer relationships, and upholding company policies while ensuring ethical standards and market reputation in Salina. Strong leadership and agricultural equipment knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years progressive management experience in farm equipment store operations.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall store and Parts Department performance including meeting sales, gross margin, and P&L goals.
• Manage relationships with customers and the store’s local market reputation.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to staff to achieve goals.
• Follow company policies and ensure legal/ethical standards in store operations.
• Oversee facility management including upkeep, security, and appearance.
