Job summary

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County is seeking an Agriculture Team Leader to guide education programs from the Jamestown, NY office. The role includes leadership in assessment, development, delivery, and evaluation of agriculture programming, plus administrative duties and continuity of leadership in the Executive Director’s absence.

Important qualifications include a Master’s in Agriculture or related field, or management with an agriculture background, plus 2 years of experience

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Management with Agriculture background.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, development, planning, delivery and evaluation of agriculture programming.
• Provide administrative direction including finance, HR, operations for the Association.
• Act in the Executive Director’s absence to provide leadership continuity.
