Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Agriculture or a closely-related field or a related combined degree is required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience and ability to meet travel requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English and proficiency with Windows-based software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Demonstrated leadership, staff supervision, and ability to work with diverse partners.
• Experience with fund development, grants, and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead program assessment and development within Agriculture programming.
• Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs for the community.
• Provide administrative and financial direction to ensure program success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Cornell faculty for program guidance.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and compliance with regulations.
