Job summary

Kansas State University Extension seeks an Extension Agent for Finney County to lead agricultural and natural resources education, youth development, and community vitality initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of agriculture/natural resources programming.
• Share leadership for 4-H youth development programs and collaborate with volunteers.
• Contribute to community vitality programming and civic engagement.
• Identify local needs and align programs with the K-State Next-Gen Strategic Plan.
• Recruit and manage volunteers and collaborate with partners.
• Pursue internal and external funding to support programming.
