Job summary

ASCO Equipment in Oklahoma City seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in our Agriculture Equipment Department. You will build relationships with customers, identify equipment needs, and offer ASCO's services to meet them.

You will proactively pursue new markets, present solutions, and rely on your strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales ability and excellent customer relationship skills.
• Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of agriculture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to resource for customers with creative problem-solving.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory.
• Represent the ASCO brand with professionalism and customer-first attitude.
• Identify sales opportunities through outreach and follow-up.
• Educate customers on equipment through presentations/demos.
• Use CRM tools to document sales activities and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure order fulfillment.
• Stay informed on equipment and industry trends.
