Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking an organized warehouse support associate in Nebraska. The role involves handling inventory receipts, preparing product receivers, processing invoices, and supporting month-end procedures, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication with suppliers and internal teams.

You will assist in orientation, manage supplies, answer calls politely, and take on other duties as needed to keep operations efficient and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to move 25-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Make copies of inventory receivers, bills of lading, and other documents.
• Prepare product receivers for incoming inventory.
• Perform month end procedures as designated by Division Office.
• Answer the phone in a polite and courteous manner.
• Order supplies and forms as necessary.
• Process invoices correctly (ARS system, separating, filing, etc.).
• Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
