In order to build an active pool of qualified applicants, The Diversified Agriculture program at Piedmont Technical College is accepting applications for adjunct faculty (temporary/part-time) to teach various agriculture related courses at the Saluda and/or Greenwood county campus. Applications will be reviewed on an as needed basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching varying schedules to a diverse student body in accordance with the established syllabi, utilizing technology, and using a variety of teaching methods in instruction.
An associate or bachelor's degree in an agriculture related discipline plus two years of work experience in an agriculture related position.
A master's degree in an agriculture related discipline plus five years work experience in an agriculture related position.
This is a temporary, part-time position.
