• Student pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Crop Science, Plant Science, Agricultural Economics, Marketing, or related field with interest in agricultural sales and customer service.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills; attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, be a self-starter, and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer visits and field days to learn sales processes.
• Assist with crop scouting, product evaluations, and market research.
• Support sales planning activities and analyze field/customer data.
• Prepare recommendations and presentations for customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success.
• Present internship learnings, project work, and key insights to leadership.
