Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis invites students to join the Summer Internship Program (PLOT) for a 12-week experience in Agricultural Sales. You will learn from industry professionals, tackle real-world projects, and develop agronomy, CRM, and sales skills while presenting learnings to leadership.

The role offers exposure to field visits, crop scouting, market research, and collaboration with sales and agronomy teams, with a final presentation and potential scholarship.

Qualifications

• As a college student, pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Business, or related field with interest in agricultural sales and customer service.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation abilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, manage multiple priorities, and contribute ideas in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Participating in customer visits and field days.
• Assisting with crop scouting and product evaluations.
• Conducting market and agronomic research.
• Supporting sales planning activities.
• Analyzing field and customer data.
• Helping prepare recommendations and presentations.
