Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Crop Science, Plant Science, Agricultural Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn, be a self-starter, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• participating in customer visits and field days
• assisting with crop scouting and product evaluations
• conducting market and agronomic research
• supporting sales planning activities
• analysing field and customer data
• helping prepare recommendations and presentations
• collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer success
