Wilbur-Ellis invites students to join the Summer Internship Program (PLOT) to gain real-world experience in Agricultural Sales. The 12-week program covers agronomy, crop inputs, CRM, sales strategy, and business operations, with leadership presentation opportunities and a potential scholarship of $1,000–$3,000 upon completion.

Responsibilities

Participate in customer visits and field days to learn sales processes.
Assist with crop scouting, product evaluations, and market research.
Support sales planning activities and analyze field data.
