Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Must be computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) preferred.
• Photography experience preferred.

The Coordinator, Marketing & Communications plays an integral role within our marketing & communications efforts. This role will play a key part in increasing brand awareness and implementing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Operate safely and appropriately in all AgCertain situations and environments
• Create and implement marketing and communication plans to build awareness and engagements of AgCertain
• Collaborate with cross-function teams to align marketing with sales strategies
• Curate content creation, planning, and implementation for all communications channels for assigned programs and campaigns, including mail, email, social media, video, and print for digital marketing
• Assist with managing website design through Shopify
• Coordinate social media campaigns across various channelsCreate visually appealing graphic designs for websites, social media, and email campaigns
• Write and edit press releases
• Prepare reports on analytics from social media
• Compose bi-weekly content for the company newsletter
• Participate in all company trainings
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• One to three (1-3) years experience in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in agricultural, industrial manufacturing, food processing, biodiesel, ethanol, or other types of manufacturing companies preferred, but not required
• Must be computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) required
• Photography experience preferred
• Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or other email marketing platform experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Physical abilities to include the ability to lift 50 lbs (23 Kg)
