Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in loan administration, banking, or agriculture-related finance preferred.
• Knowledge of agricultural lending products and practices a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Office-based position with regular interaction with lenders and borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process agricultural loan documentation, including notes, security agreements, mortgages, and UCC filings
• Assist with loan closings and post-closing activities
• Maintain accurate and complete loan files, both physical and electronic
• Input and update loan information in the loan servicing system
• Monitor insurance, collateral documentation, and tickler items
• Assist with renewals, extensions, and modifications of existing loans
• Support compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements
• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and third parties to obtain required documentation
• Respond to borrower inquiries and provide general loan servicing support
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
