You will work with lenders and customers in the region to build credit, servicing, relationships, and business development skills essential for a successful lending career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required to perform essential functions.
• Knowledge of agriculture industry and agricultural economics beneficial.
• Familiarity with accounting and finance principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with credit analysis and underwriting support as knowledge grows.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
• Support loan servicing actions and maintain loan documentation.
• Participate in customer visits and business development activities.
• Coordinate with lenders, credit team, and customers to finalize credit requests.
• Maintain accurate borrower records and reports.
