Job summary

Oklahoma AgCredit is seeking a Lending Associate in Pauls Valley, OK. This developmental role provides hands-on experience in credit analysis, loan servicing, customer support, and agricultural lending, with mentoring from experienced lenders to build credit, servicing, relationship management, and business development skills.

You will participate in the Lending Associate Development Program, engage in field visits, and contribute to evaluating lending opportunities within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience or understanding of agriculture industry is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis and underwriting support while developing knowledge for complex lending.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Assist lenders with credit requests, recommendations, and documentation.
• Support loan servicing actions and update loan position reports.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring and borrower data collection.
• Develop understanding of loan structuring and collateral evaluation.
• Participate in customer visits and business development activities.
