Oklahoma AgCredit in Chickasha, Oklahoma is seeking a Lending Associate to develop into an Agricultural Lender through hands-on credit analysis, loan servicing, and customer support. You will work within an established team, supporting lenders and customers in the assigned region and participating in the Lending Associate Development Program.

The role focuses on building credit, servicing, relationship management, and business development skills while gaining exposure to Oklahoma AgCredit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.

Responsabilités

• Performs credit analysis and underwriting support while developing knowledge to handle complex lending relationships.
• Assists with servicing actions and updating Loan Position Reports and related documentation.
• Participates in customer visits and business development activities to strengthen relationships and understand agricultural markets.
