Oklahoma AgCredit in Chickasha, OK seeks a Lending Associate to develop as an Agricultural lender through hands-on credit analysis, servicing, and relationship support. The role focuses on regional lending, financial review, and customer engagement, offering mentoring and structured training.

As part of the Lending Associate Development Program, you will gain exposure to credit philosophy, loan structuring, and production agriculture markets while building professional skills and industry

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or experience equivalent to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in credit analysis, underwriting support, and loan requests.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Support loan servicing actions and update loan position reports.
• Develop knowledge of loan structuring, collateral evaluation, and risk.
