Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting, and financial evaluation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist credit analysis and underwriting; develop skills for complex lending.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Support loan requests, recommendations, and documentation.
• Learn loan structuring, collateral evaluation, risk assessment, and credit philosophy.
• Assist with loan servicing actions and portfolio reports.
• Participate in customer visits and development activities to grow regional relationships.
