Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or equipment sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or agriculture.
• Willingness to learn - training provided for motivated candidates.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Recommend agricultural equipment and solutions based on customer needs.
• Stay informed on John Deere products, competitive brands, equipment values, incentive programs, and financing options.
• Develop effective sales plans and outreach strategies.
• Conduct field equipment demonstrations and assist with operator training.
• Oversee equipment delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to support growth and maintain competitive positioning.
• Monitor agricultural trends to stay ahead of customer needs.
