Job summary

F is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to prepare, review, and evaluate commercial and agricultural loan requests for policy compliance. You will key loan data into the documentation system and assemble closing packages for loan officers.

This role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication with customers and teammates, and proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Training and meetings are part of the schedule, along with ongoing compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; or 1–3 years banking or loan experience.
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• General knowledge of bank operations, lending, and information technology.

Responsibilities

• Review all commercial and agriculture loan requests for compliance to loan policy.
• Prepare all commercial and agriculture loan closing documents.
• Prepare commercial and agricultural modifications.
• Log commercial and agricultural information on excel spreadsheets and word documents; log items in the QC database.
