Job summary

Sonsray is seeking an Account Manager in Bakersfield, CA to own the CASE Agricultural Equipment portfolio and drive territory growth. You will consult with growers, win new accounts, and coordinate across branches to deliver equipment, rentals, parts, and service with a focus on customer success.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in agricultural machinery or related sales, a proven track record in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in agricultural machinery sales
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow accounts within Sonsray Machinery AG dealer territory.
• Drive new business development to achieve sales volume and revenue goals.
• Maintain customer and sales activity records in the CRM.
• Sell full range of offerings: new and used equipment, rentals, parts, and services.
• Generate new accounts through cold calling and in-person visits.
• Coordinate with branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide equipment demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Travel regularly to visit customers and prospect new clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
