Capital Insurance Group seeks an Agri Business Underwriter to evaluate applications for agri business insurance, assess risk, determine pricing and ensure fit with company guidelines and policies. The role focuses on developing new agency relationships and maintaining a profitable renewal book.

The ideal candidate has a college degree and 2+ years in agri underwriting, with preferred completion of AFIS/CPCU/AU/ARM/CIC courses. A valid driver's license and travel may be required.

Formación

• College degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years of agri business underwriting experience.
• Ability to apply sound underwriting principles and manage an underwriting workload with limited supervision.
• Completion of technical insurance coursework such as AFIS, CPCU, AU, ARM, CRM or CIC is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review applications for agri business insurance, assessing risk attributes, pricing and fit within guidelines.
