FCS Financial is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist in Macon, Missouri. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, handling loan payments and customer inquiries, and supporting loan administration while maintaining organized files and ensuring smooth office operations.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

• Process receipts, disbursements, transfers, and account maintenance transactions.
